Life is a gift. Magnificent in all it offers us and in what we can share and experience. Yet, life can also be complex, frustrating, mind-boggling, and sometimes painful.
When we feel the weight of life’s challenges, it’s often helpful to turn to someone who can help us out of the weeds of confusion, overwhelm, and isolation.
I know this all too well. I have suffered tremendous pain, heartbreak, loss, and challenges in my personal and professional life. Yet, I also know perseverance is adversity’s worst nightmare and that I do not need to feel isolated or go it alone in dealing with my life or business decisions. There is always a choice in handling any situation or circumstance, and unseen options and opportunities to be uncovered.
I have gone deep and done the necessary hard and often painful emotional work. And as a direct result of that illuminating work, I have grown and evolved in specific areas of life essential for me to be in mental, physical, and spiritual alignment with myself. All of which allows me to live my purpose and do so in joy. Thanks to the many personal and professional life lessons, transformations, and a profound deeper calling, I am in service to help others do the same. I proudly serve consciously awake authors, speakers, musicians and performers, entrepreneurs, and small and large businesses in navigating the challenges and triumphs of life.

My passion is to call upon what I’ve amassed on my own continuing journey and to bring my expertise and experience to the fore to help my clients work through their own hardships and spiritual crises, helping them ultimately discover themselves anew—clear, focused, passionate, and most importantly, in harmony with who they truly are.
